The who command lists the players currently logged on. If someone is invisible then you need to be detecting invisible to see them. You can, if wanted specify a keyword to subset the list. Entering a class, eg MAGE or DRUID will limit to that class only, the same goes for race. When you want to see details on clans enter who clan and it will list all clanned players and if they are a follower or leader.
