SLOW < TARGET > |
This skill allows you to touch an opponent and induce a form of lethargy
which slows down their responses. In combat this can be crucial against
highly dextrous foes who can attack thick and fast. It is not liked
by those with the haste skill as it negates the effect of a haste.
The effect does not last a long time, but the duration does increase as
the skill owner increases in level and the time between uses drops a
little the higher the level as well.
Caution : it has no effect on the undead.
Examples :
: slow gnoll
the gnoll winces at your touch.
