This is the second of the water realm spells and generates a concentrated stream of water from nowhere to strike at the target. The force is often great enough to deliver considerable damage and to use requires that the caster have basic skills in this realm. The amazing thing is that no matter how much water hits the target when the spell ends there is not a drop of loose water to be seen!
