This spell is the lowest of the astral combat spells. Tied to the realm
of earth, it draws its powers from your affinity to this realm to smother
your opponents. In doing so you have to give up a small portion of health
as well as magic to cast the spell. You may specify the target type, but
if you specify player or all you do not include yourself.
