The target of this spell is given a terrifying sight. Flames leap out of every surface arounds them and then fall in to strike every part of the recipient at the same time. This is extremely tricky to control as the flames have to avoid damaging anything else in the area. To get this level of control means the caster must have practiced long and hard in the fire realm and be very, very skilled.
