The Half-Elf
History
It is an unfortunate aspect of the darkest side of human nature for evil men
to find the most hurtful way possible of intimidating a foe.
Humans and Elves
have had their differences over the years, and the half-elf is the product of
some of the nastier acts of war. It has not been unheard of for a rogue dark
elf to act in the same way with human women.
The resultant offspring are despised by their communities, and become loners
and thus, quite often, adventurers. They are seen, by both Human and Elf, as a
problem that "won't go away", due to their inherited longitivity from the Elven
parent.
p>Attributes
The Half-Elf is a compromise between a Human and an Elf, with slightly more
magical ability than a Human, and yet not quite so frail as the Elf. Also,
they do not seem to inherit the ability to see in the dark.
